Manuel Venator: Typical Stirnerite
People like the quotable Manuel Vanator, the passages of Eumeswil strictly about the anarch.
What people often miss or forget are the opening pages where the narrator gives his own account of the biblical creation myth as a beginning with a mistake, and all of life being due to an unquenchable sense of privation. He then tells us that this explains his own enmity with, not only the gods, but himself.
Martin (dubbed Manuel by another man, a dictator, simply because he likes the sound of it better) basically spends all night on the Internet (the luminaire), prefers masturbation to sex (even though he has a mistress) and lives with his father and brother whom he doesn’t have any real loyalty to (because he doesn’t have any loyalty to anything).
All in all, he doesn’t look too different from a standard Stirnerite.
